tips on good job, applications and best way to approach

in recent time and til now some graduate found it difficult to write a good application letter for a particular job.It is ver suprising that most applicants make minor mistakes while writing application letter an ignore some aspect ,which will be show on this blog today, which are
ADDRESS:application letter is a formal letter, therefore it require two address. The first address, which is the applicant address should be at the top upper right hand side of the letter. This goes along with the date.the second address, which is the employers should be located at the left hand side of the letter. Make sure you give space after the date before writing the employers address
SALUTATION:Before the writing you are expected to give formal salutation. Your salutation should be a little below your employers address e.g “Dear sir”or “dear ma”or “Dear sir/ma” as the case may be.
INFORMATION: You are expected to state where you get information about the job in your first paragraph and express your willingness to apply for the job.
EDUCATIONAL:In this paragraph you are expected to give details of your educational qualifications and necessary work experience,if any.
In the last paragraph ask for an interview at the employers convenience. Then close your letter with “yours faithfully” give a space to enable you sign your signature and write your names.
NOTE: As an applicant,do not includes date of birth, state of origin, nation or country, telephone numbers or referees in your application letter. It appears to be out of fashion. Let your resume [CV]take care of that aspect. It is also important to know that, abbreviations are not permitted in an official letter. E.g nov. For “November” or b4 for “before”
Once again read your letter and make some necessary correction, then re-write it again.
A very neat manner,an employers do not like story tell,so your letter should be as brief as possible
