HOW TO LOCK YOUR COMPUTER USB PORT FROM UNAUTHORISED USE

Recently, my friend came to my house when I was not around and ask my little sister to make use of my computer ,since he is a friend of mine she recognize very well she didn’t hesitate to his demand. After using my computer ,I came back from my usual parole{strolling}.I on my computer,only to find out that for complete 1. 20min. it didn’t boot due to Trojan virus attack,only to find out from my little sister that a friend came to copy some software and e-book from my system . IN other to prevent such incident I decided to share this formation you.
 This tutorial is a little beat advance am sure you will understand it at the end of this procedure
                               PROCEDURE 
  1. Go to start:look for run or type run on the search bar,click on the run a bar will open type REGEDIT
     2.  Navigate to HKEY_lOCAL_MACHINE/system/current control set/control

     3. After clicking the following procedure it will bring you to a new panel,on the right, create a new folder am sure u can creat folder.


     4. Name the folder you created as storagedevicepolicies or usbblockdevice.

     5. Finally this click on the new folder ,and in the window on the right side create a new Dword value am     sure you know what is “Dword”,label it as writerprotect give it a value of 1.

Now users will not be able to use modem,flash,printer or any external peripheral unless you give them the permission.
